Gaelle Ng Kam ChuenGaëlle Ng Kam Chuen is a PhD candidate at LaTrobe University, Melbourne, under the supervision of Prof. Tang. Her research focuses on the effects of warming on the soil nutrient dynamics in the Australian Alps, in particular, the responses of litter decomposition, soil respiration and plant growth.

Gaëlle completed a Bachelor in Environmental Science (Hons.) in 2008. During her Honours year, she investigated the use of ion-exchange membranes in the measurement of soil nutrients, which are now being applied in alpine field experiments.
